Graceland children’s ministry

GraceLand is our Sunday morning children’s ministry, serving babies in the nursery through children in sixth grade from 9:30-10:20 a.m. GraceLand is also available during the 10:30 worship service for our younger children, ages four and under. Children ages five years and older are encouraged to attend the worship service with their parents.

The Gospel Project Curriculum

We utilize The Gospel Project (TGP) curriculum for Pre-K through Sixth grade classes. We are currently at the tail end of a three year arc studying stories chronologically from the Old to the New testaments. The Gospel Project is unique in that each week we bring the story back to Jesus and tie it into the Gospel. TGP provides great resources for the Sunday school classroom as well as for family discipleship. Each week your child should come home with an activity page that highlights the main points from the story, shares thought-provoking questions to stir up conversation with your children, and gives ideas for how to put into action themes from that week to drive the lesson home. We believe Scripture clearly teaches that parents have the primary responsibility to raise their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.  At Grace, we deeply desire to support parents in this task of spiritually raising their children.

Special Needs Ministry

Emma’s Friends is a special needs ministry at Grace Bible Church. Our mission is to equip our church to reach out in love to our neighbors with special needs, and to provide an atmosphere that welcomes everyone who enters the doors of Grace Bible Church, embracing and accommodating their unique needs and abilities. Emma’s Friends will provide a buddy on Sunday mornings for children with special needs; this buddy will stay with the child, ensuring his or her safety and comfort. To register a child, become a buddy, or to receive more information about Emma’s Friends, email us.
