mission statement
The Women’s Ministry at Grace Bible Church is ministry by and to the women of GBC to encourage them in ever-growing love for Christ, and their neighbors. Our purpose is to equip women to use their gifts and joyfully embrace their God ordained roles in every stage of life. Our desire is to connect generations, through prayer, Christ-centered fellowship, Bible study, discipleship, and works of service for the glory of God and the growth of His Kingdom.

Fall 2023 Bible Study
This Fall, we are excited to study “Good News of Great Joy,” a Bible study on the book of Luke by Lydia Brownback. Luke’s compilation of eyewitness accounts of the life and teachings of Jesus is written to refresh longing hearts with the best news ever. Together, let’s get to know Jesus better so we can love and follow Him more faithfully. For additional teaching to help you in your study, we recommend Dale Ralph Davis’ sermons, which you can access by clicking here (see also: link 1; link 2; link 3).
We will have options to meet on Thursdays and Fridays beginning September 7 and 8; the study will go through November 16 and 17. Child care is available for the Thursday meetings. We hire workers based on need, so please sign up! Note: The Fall Women’s Bible Study has now finished; we will post information for Spring of 2024 when it’s ready.
Daily Grace
Graceful Women’s ministry has created a Facebook group for women who would like to encourage each other as we read through the entire Bible this year using the ESV chronological reading guide.
GEMS
(Glorifying, Encouraging, Mentoring, & Serving) is a ministry geared to young married women and mothers who desire an intimate walk with the Lord as they learn and apply the biblical principles found in Titus 2. The acronym GEMS symbolizes Glorifying, Encouraging, Mentoring, and Serving. We are beginning our Parenting with Eternal Perspective Facet which encourages women to embrace their mandate in Scripture as mothers. Women are then prepared to teach their children that they also have a mandate in Scripture to follow. Mothers are equipped to examine the ripe and rotten fruit that springs up in the hearts of their children so they can begin to effectively sow seeds of righteousness through the use of biblical training and biblical discipline.
